The stance of the car, particularly from the rear three-quarter panel to the wheel arch, was carefully refined with a slightly wider track. The characteristic front engine-bay vents of the 275 GTB are an evident styling cue, as is the adoption of the triple louvres in the three-quarter panel in place of the F12berlinetta’s B-post quarterlights. However, the louvres on the rear bumper, together with the milled aluminium fuel filler cap, instead got its inspiration from the special competition-developed 275 GTB (chassis number 06885) that won the GT category in the 1965 Le Mans 24 Hour race; that particular race car won third place overall. Its yellow paint scheme is also a tribute to that 275 GTB, echoing its Ecurie Francorchamps team colour.

This latest one-off, built on the chassis of the F12berlinetta, is named the 'SP 275 rw'


Conceived and delivered within a nine-month period, the Vantage GT12 Roadster draws its origins from the Vantage GT12 Coupe, with a tuned version of the brand’s 6.0-litre normally aspirated V12 engine mated to a seven-speed Sportshift III paddle-shift transmission. Technical highlights include magnesium inlet manifolds with revised geometry, a lightweight magnesium torque tube and a full titanium exhaust system.

Aston Martin shows off their capability at building a bespoke car with this exclusive Vantage GT12 Roadster


Designed in-house by the Ferrari Styling Centre, the 458 MM Speciale was built on the chassis and running gear of the 458 Speciale. Stylistically, the said owner was looking for extremely sporty lines and specified a ‘visor’ effect for the glasshouse: A black-painted A-pillar, very much in the style of the 1984 Ferrari GTO, helps provide a wraparound effect between the windscreen and side windows which melds into a single, seamless glass surface. This solution simultaneously lowers the roofline and lends an aerodynamic sleekness to the full volume of the swept-back C-pillar.

One of the most famous, Carrozzeria Zagato, celebrates its 95th birthday this year, and it is this special occasion for which the Lamborghini 5-95 Zagato was commissioned. Its commissioner is one Albert Spiess, a Swiss who already counts other well-known Zagato works such as the Alfa Romeo SZ and RZ, 1985 Aston V8 Vantage Zagato, and 2012 V12 Vantage Zagato within his stable. Unveiled to clients and family during Vanishing Point 2013, the International Pagani gathering, the Revolucion would be the ultimate Zonda. Just like the Cinque and the R, the Revolucion has a Carbo-tanium central monocoque which weighs it in at 1070 kg. This lightweight shell is pushed around courtesy of an 800 bhp 6.0-liter V12, resulting in an impressive 748 bhp per tonne.

BMW And Zagato Combine Forces to Produce A One-off

Milanese coachbuilder Zagato has teamed up with BMW to unveil the BMW Zagato Coupé, a hand-crafted special that premiered at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este.


Some of the interesting facts and figures shared by him include, how at the end of 2010, the Rolls-Royce brand saw a whooping 400% growth here in Singapore. The sustainable growth was largely due to the effort put in by automobile businessman Karsono Kwee’s Eurokars Group, which is investing seriously in expansion programs. The Rolls-Royce Motor Cars’ growth did not end just there, as it saw a healthy 600% growth in China. Surprisingly though, the European market could not catch up with the Asian market — at the end of 2010, it only saw a 200% growth. Although uncertain and “hard to predict”, Mr Muller-Otvos reckons that China will overtake North America as their main consumer, by as early as the end of 2012. He also stated that the latest Ghost model would help drive that new growth.
