Exuding exclusivity, the expansive exterior of the Concept X7 iPerformance identify it immediately as a BMW X model, with clear vertical proportions and significant ground clearance. The front end of the Concept X7 houses a large vertical kidney grille, flanked on either side by slim and elongated twin headlights — creating a powerful visual statement.

The design of the car is recognisable as a Kia thanks to key signature design elements, such as the ‘tiger-nose’ grille. Designed in Europe, in collaboration with Kia’s Korean design studio, the body blends sharp horizontal feature lines with softer sculpted surfaces; the Stonic’s ‘Targa’style roof enables buyers to choose a two-tone paint finish, inspired by the design of the 2013 Kia Provo concept. It will be available in Europe with up to 20 two-tone colour combinations, with a choice of up to five distinctive colours for the roof.

Dongfeng Peugeot-Citroën Automobile Limited (a joint venture between China's Dongfeng Motor Corporation and PSA Peugeot Citroën) is expanding its range with the world premiere of the New C5 Aircross SUV: Set for launch in China in the second half of 2017, this new model will subsequently see production and its commercial launch in Europe at the end of 2018. The VLN endurance race provided the opportunity for Hyundai Motor to intensively test the i30 N car that feature technical specifications very close to the actual production car. The i30 N car was up against cars from other manufacturers, that are heavily modified, to cope with the demands of the VLN race.Albert Biermann, Hyundai Motor's Head of Vehicle Test and High Performance Development said, “We want our high performance brand to have considerable racing pedigree so it is important that we compete with minimal modifications. Nürburgring is where the i30 N has undergone much of its testing and chassis development.”

The S3 sedan - which is also available in Sportback form - is a handsome car, with a sporty single-frame grill with matt grey inlays contrasting against the black paint. The lower air inlets have slightly more pronounced lines and a RS-styled honeycomb grill, giving the new S3 a meaner stance. While the black exterior is certainly safe, perhaps a more impactful colour for the test car would have been nice - Misano Red maybe?

Look back at the 1999 Megane. It goes against the usual boxy exterior others in the segment were busying themselves with; personally speaking though, it still looks relevant today. If Renault were to update the equipment level, spruce up the interior and then put it back in the market, I’m sure there would still be people signing on the dotted line for ‘em.
