It doesn't sound like much, but his role is an important one; he analyses and tests all the car's fluids and lubricants that are supplied by Mobil — such as engine and gearbox oils, and hydraulic fluid. All these oils share the same purpose — to increase efficiency by reducing friction, resulting in increased performance and reliability.

The kit's extent of the performance increase is dependent on the selected shift mode of the automatic transmission. In “Eco” mode the maximum power output of the engine remains unchanged but peak torque jumps from standard 620Nm to 690Nm between 1,600 and 2,400rpm.
