Loeb Wins Rally Mexico

Sebastien Loeb has taken the victory on Rally Mexico, the second round in the 2011 WRC.


Under the concept of “Speed and Intelligence,” the EDIFICE line of analog metal watches evokes a sense of velocity and energy with the movement of its hands and a distinctive watch face. With the electronics technology that Casio has developed over many years, the lineup featuring innovative chronographs that measure time in many ways using multiple moving hands and disk-shaped indicators has been created. The EQS-1100DB, released this year, is a high-performance solar-powered analog chronograph that also features a 1/1000-second stopwatch function with a distinctive multi-dimensional design. Shortly after clinching the Mclaren dealership, Wearnes Automotive has been named as Infiniti's official dealer in Singapore.


The new bull features a carbon fibre monocoque chassis that only weighs 1,575kg, yet it provides extreme torsional stiffness. Combined with the new twelve-cylinder 6.5 litre V12 engine, producing 700 hp and 690Nm of torque, the super car dashes from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds and maxes out at 350 km/h.

Twelve RMR employees applied everything they know about fabricating racecars into the Hyundai Veloster rally Car. The production Veloster was stripped to bare metal and the chassis spent five days in an Alkali bath removing all rubber and adhesives. The chassis was also stitch welded for added structural rigidity.

Curitiba To Host The Opening Of Two Car Racing Series

The capital of the Brazilian state, Paraná will be seeing the green flag for the FIA World Touring Car Championship and the Copa Caixa Stock Car series.


The season is set to be the best in years, with very strong interest from new teams and drivers and a close cooperation with HKAA in three of the six events. Motorsport Asia has received applications from Teams running Chevrolet’s and BMW’s as well as varied entries from the usually popular Honda’s. The Series’ will get underway on 20th March with its first ever visit to the Guangdong International Circuit, located in the Guangzhou province. It will then continue with four races in May at two Asian Festival Of Speed events. Rounds 3 & 4 will be held at the Korean International Circuit for the AFOS season opener before heading to Malaysia at the end of May for the next two rounds. ATCS will take a one-month break before meeting up again in Sepang for Rounds 7 & 8. The 2011 ATCS Season will end in Indonesia where the drivers are excited to make a return to the very challenging and resurfaced Sentul International Circuit.

Motorsport Asia unveils the Asian Touring Car Series which is set to visit five nations competing in a total of 10 championship rounds before finishing the season at the Macau GP.


This will be the first visit to the circuit by an FIA GT Championship, with the GT1 World Championship joining the highly successful ADAC Masters Weekend, which is one of the most popular national GT events on the German motorsport calendar, attracting over 32,000 spectators in 2010.
