A race winner in British Formula 3 and runner up in the 2008 GP2 series, he progressed to the pinnacle of the sport racing for three seasons in Formula 1. Bruno raced with McLaren GT in a one-off appearance in the 12C GT3 at the Total 24 Hours of Spa in 2013 for customer team Von Ryan Racing.

The latest version of the 4.4-litre engine at the heart of the X6 xDrive50i increases the predecessor model’s maximum output by 10 percent, to 450 bhp (+43 bhp), yet posts a 22 percent drop in average fuel consumption. The engine’s suite of BMW TwinPower Turbo technology now welcomes Valvetronic variable valve timing alongside its two turbochargers and High Precision Direct Petrol Injection, endowing the eight-cylinder engine with improved responsiveness and pulling power and also giving it extra efficiency.

For the UK, the ST Cupra’s 2.0 TSI engine with dual injection and variable camshaft timing will be tuned to 280 bhp. The Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC), front differential lock, progressive steering, Cupra Drive Profile and standard-fit full-LED headlights are further examples of its state-of-the-art technologies. Making it even more intriguing is the availability of the ‘Sub8 Performance Pack’ on ST Cupra - the optional pack includes larger Brembo brake callipers, specially-designed 19-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels in either black or orange and body-coloured side skirts. Mini’s entry-level model may sound diminutive, but how it performs is in no way small at all.


The name of the 625C refers to the power output of the highly efficient derivative of the 3.8-litre twin turbo V8 powerplant — 625PS (616bhp). ‘C’ stands for ‘Club’, highlighting a more accessible and less extreme model in terms of character. However, the McLaren 625C enjoys a number of the technical advances already debuted on the McLaren 650S.With a power output of 616 bhp, enhancements have been made to driveability and efficiency with engine torque of 610 Nm. Acceleration from zero to 100 km/h takes just 3.1 seconds, while 200 km/h is reached in 8.8 seconds for the Coupé. Despite the lower power of the 625C, maximum speed mirrors that of the 650S, at 333 km/h (329 km/h for Spider), and CO2 emissions remain the same, at 275 g/km.

An all-new aluminium chassis sports car developed entirely in-house by AMG and available in two variants offering 462 bhp and 510 bhp; here are some facts.


It features a 5.2-litre V10 engine with 610 hp, reaches a top speed of over 325 km/h, and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds. The power generated by the ten-cylinder is delivered to the road via the new 7-speed dual-clutch transmission “Lamborghini Doppia Frizione” (LDF) and an all-wheel drive that also features a new hydraulic multi-plate clutch. Three different driving modes, spanning from road to race track, can be selected using a drive select switch in the steering wheel. The system is called ANIMA —  Adaptive  Network  Intelligent Management - and impacts the engine, transmission, all-wheel drive and the ESC handling system as well as other dynamic systems.
