As with most finals, the final event did not fail to disappoint, showcasing intense drifting action that will determine a new champion. The battle for third place pitted Darren McNamara in the Falken Tire Saturn Sky against Michihiro Takatori in the BF Goodrich Nissan S15. McNamara pushed his car too hard hitting the wall and taking himself out of the competition giving Takatori third place. The final battle placed two time Formula DRIFT champion Tanner Foust against Vaughn Gittin Jr. After a close One More Time battle, Foust edged out Gittin to take the event victory as well as secure his first Tires.com Triple Crown bonus prize.

The pit stop experience kicks off on 11 September at car parks in the vicinity of Wheelock Place, East Coast Park, Vivo City and Tampines Mall, where drivers are treated to a free tyre shine and windscreen wipe by the pit stop crew dressed in red overalls.

458 Challenge's Maranello Debut

The 458 Challenge has made its world debut in Maranello during the Annual Dealer Meeting, an event that brings together the international sales representatives of Ferrari.

The track was designed by the world-renowned Hermann Tilke, and incorporates local elements such as the roof of the main grandstand which resembles the eaves of traditional Korean ‘hanok’ houses. A total of 130,000 spectators will be accommodated at the circuit, with 16,000 seats in the main grandstand. The addition of the 2010 FORMULA 1 KOREAN GRAND PRIX to the FIA Formula One World Championship calendar is expected to represent a watershed for development of the motor sports industry in Korea, as well as bring economic benefits to the area.

Korea International Circuit On Track for Summer Completion

Construction of the Korea International Circuit, set to host the 2010 FORMULA 1 KOREAN GRAND PRIX from October 22-24, is on schedule for completion this summer.

Like the manual STI, the A-Line is equipped with Subaru’s SI-Drive system that allows the driver to select his or her preferred mode of driving, a trend that is commonly found in most performance cars these days. With the SI-Drive, three modes are available. Push the knob downwards to select 'Intelligent' for eco-friendly driving, twist the knob left for the normal 'Sport' and right for 'Sport Sharp' if you need sharpened throttle response for spirited driving. Naturally, we had it in 'Sport Sharp' for the most part.
