Following the successful edition in 2022, Asia Harley Days, the moto-music event of the region, welcomed over 2,500 festival goers in 2023.


The harmonious noise was caused by the first-ever Asia Harley Days festival, organised by Harley-Davidson. The event saw a record attendance of more than 1600 festival goers heralding from all over Asia, including 80 H.O.G.™ (Harley Owners Group) chapters and motorcycle clubs from Thailand, South Korea, Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Taiwan, Macao, Hong Kong, India, Guam, Shanghai, and Singapore.

At the start of November, the peace and tranquillity of Cha-Am Beach was shattered by the roar of thumping V-Twin engines and thundering music. 


Sticking to their even model numbers for this series, they've just launched the 2 Series Gran Coupe, or what I’d like to call the Baby Grand. This latest model is the first of its kind and is effectively the entry-level four-door coupe (and sedan) for the brand.

Two full-range loudspeakers in the A-pillars, and two more in the headlining above the rear seats provide the spatial dimension of height and intensify the surround sound into the perfect stereophonic experience. Using an algorithm developed in partnership with the Fraunhofer Institute, the stereo or 5.1-channel recordings are used to calculate the information for the third dimension, and process it for the four 3D loudspeakers.

Pioneer Electronics continues to advance the connected car experience with the development and launch of AppRadioLIVE.


“Most importantly, Android Auto is completely voice-enabled, so that you can keep your hands on the wheel and your eyes on the road,” Patrick Brady, director of engineering for Android, said during Google I/O, Google's annual developer conference in San Francisco.The interface, known as Google Auto Link during development, is the first product to emerge from the Open Automotive Alliance, a Google-led group that includes Audi, GM, Honda, Hyundai and chipmaker NVIDIA Corp.At the same time however, it also challenges both Apple and Google to help reduce the risk of distracted driving.

It's been about 2 weeks since I've had the Pioneer AVH-X8550BT multimedia receiver in my car, and all I can say is that it's a pretty amazing piece of kit.


Thanks to its lightweight construction (composite body panels on top of a tubular spaceframe chassis), the Twin’Run weighs just 950kg, and can hit 100km/h in 4.5s before topping out at 250km/h. The car sits on 18-in wheels, with double wishbone suspension and Ohlins shock absorbers all around.

The Fast and Furious franchise has spawned a musical following, with every installment seemingly having a future chart-topping song in the mix.


VIP Luxury Inc is looking to make an impact with the drifting event, which has already established a strong following in Singapore. VIP Luxury Inc. will be going all out to make sure that guests are entertained throughout the evening, with VIP Rock the Rabbit Festival, pulling out all the stops by bringing down the world famous International Playboy Model DJs, DJ Roxanne Dawn and DJ Diamond to keep fans entertained for the entire night.
