A jury of 76 international motoring journalists has voted the Audi 2.5 litre TFSI as the “International Engine of the Year 2011” in the two litre to 2.5 litre category.


The new Goodyear Assurance Fuel Max tyre features an advanced full silica compound which reduces the friction between the tyre's rubber molecules and provides higher resistance to abrasion, resulting in reduced fuel consumption and a longer tread life. Additionally, the tyre is built with a hard base under the tread, which reduces deformation in the crown area and heat build-up. The tyre also features even pressure distribution that helps to reduce the rate of wear.

The new XF will be equipped with the existing engines, a 238 hp three litre V6 and 385 hp five litre V8. The intention is to make Renault Mégane RS N4 accessible to all drivers, and be both easy to handle and economical to run. Audi has redesigned its executive class model the Audi A6, and it is set to make its market debut in Singapore in the second half of 2011.


Each Audi RS model represents the pinnacle of its model line - the Audi RS3 Sportback, developed by quattro GmbH, now brings this dynamic philosophy to the compact category. It rockets from a dead stop to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds. Top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h. The guttural roaring and growling, backed by the signature rhythm of the five-cylinder firing order make up the classic Audi soundtrack. A sound flap in the exhaust branch intensifies the sound even further. The flap is controlled via the standard Sport button, which also varies the engine response.
