Power gets to the road via a pair of 6-speed transmissions. An automatic is optional but the manual offers enough convenience features to make life easy, with features such as hill-start assist and automated rev matching. The latter is particularly useful, helping to prevent stalling and allowing quick, seamless downshifts.

The app will be launched at an event called 'A Drive Back In Time', to be held at The Fullerton Hotel in October. Here, members of the public will be given special headsets powered by the new LG G4 smartphone and be chauffer-driven around the Civic District in a fleet of Audi A6s. With the headset on, the app re-creates the roads and buildings as they were 50 years ago, including iconic landmarks such as Victoria Theatre and City Hall. The device is GPS-tagged so that, as you're driven along in real life, the app follows your progress and the scenery changes in real time accordingly, and you can even swivel around for a full 360° view of your surroundings!

Noticeably from the third tankful onwards, the engine needed less effort to move off and I could shift up at 3,500 rpm instead — even with two additional passengers. On top of that while cruising along the expressway, the engine seem less coarse than before. As a whole, it definitely feels more effortless to drive now — something I highly appreciate, as this daily driver of mine is somewhat providing additional comfort to make driving a less tedious affair. Caltex definitely delivered what was said on their label with this one.
