Audi Centre Singapore received the Asia Pacific accolade at the International Property Awards.
The opening of the Audi Centre Singapore in December 2012 was an important milestone of the brand’s progress in the region. Designed with a host of innovative offerings and services to delight customers, the Audi Centre Singapore was selected by a regional panel of judges as the most outstanding retail development in Singapore at the International Property Awards (Asia Pacific) 2014, held in Kuala Lumpur.
Located at 281 Alexandra Road, the eight-storey Audi Centre Singapore was jointly designed by renowned architects from Ong & Ong Private Limited and Jens Niemann, Senior Architect, Corporate Architecture of Audi Singapore. The Audi Centre Singapore serves as Premium Automobile’s sole showroom facility in Singapore.
The International Property Awards are open to residential and commercial property developments from around the world. The awards are split into regions covering Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, UK and USA. Participants are judged by a highly experienced team of professionals. The highest-scoring winners from each region are ultimately entered into the International Awards, which determine the world’s finest property companies.

Last year, the Audi Centre Singapore won Gold at the MIPIM Asia Awards, under the “Best Retail Store Design” category. The MIPIM Asia Awards recognises excellence in Asian real estate development.
Held annually, Ong & Ong Private Limited has won a total of four MIPIM Asia Awards for various works since 2010.
